Maggie Williams is a speaker, writer, and the author of “God’s Design For Your Health & Wellness”. As a Certified Health Coach, she’s passionate about using godly principles to help women set and reach health goals, so they can fulfill their purpose, positively impact their families, and honor God with their bodies.

She is the owner of Legacy Health Coaching and Consulting. She enjoys cooking, baking (especially sourdough), gardening, and speaking about the benefits of healthy living. She can also be found on her YouTube channel, God’s Design for Healthy Living, Facebook Page, and Instagram.

Maggie is a retired educator who has worked in elementary education for over 20 years. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother to 8 adorable children and resides in South Carolina with her wonderful husband.
