My goal is to educate you about the benefits of caring for your mind and body using natural, holistic methods and making sensible changes to your diet and lifestyle.


We’ll cover areas such as mindful versus mindless eating, self-care, emotional health, sleep, managing stress, having a balanced diet, supporting your hormones, and more.

You now realize you need help, support, and accountability, so let's do this.

  • Meet twice a month for one hour (Zoom or phone)

  • Develop a plan to reach client’s individual goals

  • Check on progress every two weeks

  • Discuss weekly task to accomplish

  • Do bi-monthly check-up on goals on off weeks

  • Take a deep dive into topics that meet your needs

  • Receive handouts relating to current topics when appropriate

  • Accountability

  • Discuss appropriate meal plan to meet your needs

Private Coaching

Do you have questions about which food and lifestyle choices are right for you? Maybe you just need direction coming up with a game plan but you’re not sure where to start. You may also be ready to go deeper and take the next step. Let me help you.


Prior to our meeting, you will fill out a questionnaire asking about your current lifestyle, diet, routines, and desired goals. In our 40 minute initial session, we’ll discuss steps to implement a realistic, attainable plan. We’ll have an hour-long follow-up call a week later to see how things are going and if you need any additional support.

45 Minute Strategy Session

The 45-minute strategy session is for the person who realizes they need to take better care of your health but you’re not sure where to start. You’re a beginner and need guidance in order to see progress.


After completing a short survey, we’ll hop on a call and discuss how to take the first steps on your wellness journey. Then you’ll be able to get started with simple strategies that work.

In your 45-minute strategy call you will get 3-4 easy to implement and practical tips to get you started. Also, I’ll help you create baby steps that will grow into healthy habits that get results.
